Oversteer Offroad This tool is needed to torque or remove the recoil pull starter cage in many Honda ATVs including Honda Foreman TRX 4 wheelers. If the manual calls out PN 07SMB-HM70100 this tool is a direct fit, USA made, replacement tool.
If you need to split the case for any reason this tool will help tremenodously. Rubber pads have been added to help hold the tool in place while positioning the breaker bar and socket.
Made In USA from high carbon structural steel. Accepts a 1/2" drive ratchet or breaker bar to hold the metal basket cage piece while tightening or loosening the bolt. Note that for my 1996 Honda Foreman the threads for this bolt are normal threads and NOT reversed.
